For 2 years, EULEAD Project was successfully implemented in Libya by SAFE and B&S, granting support in the stabilisation process of the country. Among the activities performed training on IEDD, provision of equipment and campaign to prevent and fight disinformation involving the influencer Rahalista (https://www.facebook.com/Elselini/videos/2772685966343044).
Considering the successful implementation and the support that the project has provided to Libya, the SAFE was awarded the second phase of EULEAD Project for a new implementation period of 18 months! The aim of the second phase is that of strengthening the capability of both international and Libyan stakeholders to address threats and security issues in a conflict sensitive and human rights compliant manner. This new phase will strengthen and build on the already positive contribution given in the past years.
