From July 2021, SAFE will launch the first round of Hostile Environment Awareness Training in partnership with the special forces of the Italian Army, Navy and Carabinieri.
The course will enable participants to practice and rehearse in a variety of immersive, real-life, scenario-based exercises rolled out according to the EU ENTRi standards and aimed at increasing their security awareness when travelling in high-risk countries.
The training can be attended by personnel from international organisations, European institutions, NGOs, media professionals, private sector actors, as well as consultants and experts, both public and private.
